The Brand Integrity Platform allows Program and Redemption Admins the ability to control which users or groups can see the Catalog.
To set catalog permissions, navigate to the Configuration section of the Admin panel by clicking the Settings icon in the menu bar and selecting Configuration from the drop-down.
On the Catalog Permissions page, type the name of the users and/or groups who should have the ability to access the catalog for redeeming points for gift cards in the User/Group field. Select them from the drop-down list and click Add.
To remove a user or group from the list, click the Remove icon.
After making changes, make sure to Save to update the permissions.
Keep in mind:
- Leaving the permissions page blank gives all users in the program access to view and use the Catalog. (Admins do not need to add all groups if the entire company should have access to redeem gift cards.)
- Users/groups without permission will not show Redeemable points on the Profile page.
- Selecting multiple groups includes all users in those groups (multiple groups do not affect each other). For example, if the Human Resources group is added and the Managers group, all Managers and all Human Resources employees (both managers and non-managers) are included.
