Program and Redemption Administrators can download an excel spreadsheet of transactions for a specific catalog account. This download contains a record of gift card orders as well as funds added for the account and is useful for reconciling catalog accounts against company financial records.
Navigate to the Configuration tab of the Admin panel and select Accounts from the Catalog section of the left-hand navigation or from the directory.
Click the Settings icon next to the account and select Download Transactions from the drop-down menu.
This opens the Download Transactions modal. Indicate the desired date range by clicking the Start Date and End Date fields. (The system defaults to a six-month date range.)
Click Download to retrieve the report.
