A manager has the ability to edit the categories (e.g., Values or Business Impacts) of a post during the review process before the post is published.
A few reasons you may edit the categories:
- To select an additional category.
- To correct a category that does not apply (in this case, it would be important to note in your feedback to the author the reason for the change in order to increase his/her understanding).
How to edit categories
Click the Edit Categories button at the top of the post review form to open the Edit Categorization pop-up window.
In the Edit Categorization window, you can select or deselect categories as appropriate.
Click Done to save the changes.
