If you cannot remember your Username, first try entering your email as your Username. If that does not work, contact your Program Administrator. Alternatively, click the Contact Support link below the log-in box to submit a support request. Be sure to include accurate contact information and a Brand Integrity support representative will help you directly.
If you are new and/or logging in to the platform for the first time, you can gain access to your company program using the Register button and your email address.
Note: Keep in mind that passwords are case sensitive.
If you have your Username, but cannot remember your password, click the Forgot password? link to open a new screen where you can enter your email and reset your password.
Enter your email and click Send Email. The platform will send an email that will allow you to change your password to one you are more likely to remember.
If you do not have an email, contact your Program Administrator. Or you can also contact Brand Integrity directly by clicking the Contact Support link. Fill out the form and our support team will help you to reset your password. Be sure to include specific information about how we can reach you (phone number and/or personal email address).
