Program Admins have the ability to assign temporary reviewers in the event that a reviewer is not available for a specific time period, for example, a vacation or maternity leave. Click here for more information on roles in the Brand Integrity Platform.
Navigate to Manage Users in the Admin Panel by clicking the gear icon in the menu bar.
Click on Temporary Reviewers in the sidebar navigation to access the Temporary Reviewers page.
Click the Add New Temporary Reviewer button.
This opens the window for creating a Temporary Reviewer Rule. In this window, select the user you would like to temporarily replace from the Reviewer drop-down. Then select the replacement from the Temporary Reviewer drop-down. Indicate the time period that the Temporary Reviewer should be active during by clicking the date fields and selecting from the calendar drop-down.
Finally, click Save to activate the rule.
