The Dashboards navigation link provides access to different reporting views for data in the Brand Integrity Platform. The types of reports available are based on a company’s specifications and a user’s role permissions.)
Here is a quick overview of the different types of reports available under Dashboards.
Survey Dashboard: General dashboard for results from the Living the Brand Assessment. For more information on the metrics available in this report, visit the article on Living the Brand Assessment Metrics.
Survey Data Reports: These reports show further detail into Living the Brand Assessment data, e.g., averages over time and comparison of data by groups.
Survey Results for My Group: This set of reports are a quick and easy way for managers to review the data for their direct reports. Managers should look to this reporting view when preparing to share and collaborate on survey results with their teams.
Survey Participation: A quick view as to who has or has not taken the survey. While Brand Integrity protects the confidentiality of respondents' individual answers, we do track participation to ensure everyone has an opportunity to complete the survey and also to provide managers and leaders with visibility into participation statistics.
Customer Feedback Reports: General dashboard for results from a Customer Engagement Program. For more information on Customer Engagement Programs, click here.
Customer NPS Reports: This report contains data associated with Net Promoter Scores.
Customer Follow-up Reports: This set of reports displays data associated with the customer follow-up component of customer surveys (tickets).
Recognition Dashboard: A set of reports for looking at data around recognition activity in the Brand Integrity Platform, e.g., participation, recognition information (frequency, category type, etc.), individual activity, and activity over time (year over year, month-to-month).
360º Engagement Dashboard: These reports compare employee recognition, employee survey, and customer survey data in multiple views. Click here for more information.
