Currently, program admins do not have access to manage company-wide subscriptions. Brand Integrity sets up a few default subscriptions for a client program during the implementation process:
- All Company: Weekly email alert containing a list of the most recent recognition posts.
- Pending Post: Reminder email sent to managers (anyone with a direct report) if they have recognition posts that are pending review. This email is sent three days after the original communication to prompt managers to review posts in a timely manner.
- List of All Pending: Weekly email sent to program administrators that shows all of the pending recognition posts in the system. This allows admins to follow up with managers individually if they are behind in reviewing and publishing posts.
- Recognize for Good Reminder: This reminder goes out to managers who have not yet submitted a post for the month. For more information on the Recognize for Good program, click here.
Timing for these subscriptions is set up by Brand Integrity during the configuration process. Please reach out to Brand Integrity for setting up or managing company-wide subscriptions.
