For clients using point redemption in combination with the Brand Integrity gift card catalog, there are three ways to keep your account funded. Similar to an electronic toll collection system (like E-Z Pass) or a checking account, gift card accounts must maintain a minimum balance to ensure uninterrupted redemption by employees. Brand Integrity recommends a minimum balance of $100 to ensure continuous use. There are three ways to keep your account funded.
Company credit card
Clients can use a company credit card that will be charged each time the redemption balance gets low. For most clients, Brand Integrity will draw an initial balance of $500 against the credit card. When the balance drops below $100, another $500 is automatically charged. Each time a charge is made, a receipt is emailed to the contact on record. A 3.5% service charge is added to each credit card charge for this method.

Check or wire transfer
Clients can work directly with Tango Card (Brand Integrity's gift card partner) to fund their account through check or wire transfer. This means that it is up to the client to ensure proper funding of the account occurs so redemption can continue. There are no service charges associated with this method—clients pay for only the face value of the gift cards redeemed.
Invoice from Brand Integrity
Brand Integrity can invoice the client directly when the account gets low. Minimum account balance and invoicing amount may vary based on client size. A 20% service charge is added to each invoice for this method.
