The Posts page is under the Administration tab of the Admin panel. Both Post Administrators and Program Admins have access to this page of the Admin panel.
On this page an admin user can:
- Edit recognition posts (participants, content, categories), view post history, change post status
- Resend communications
- Change reviewers in bulk
To get to the Posts page, click the gear icon in the black menu bar and select Administration (or Posts).
From this page, you can search for specific posts and filter in multiple ways:
- By individuals or groups
- By post status (Published, Pending, Returned)
- By form type (if applicable)
- By date range
Once the Posts page is sorted/filtered, the page can be exported to Excel.
Click the Bulk Actions button and select Download Posts to download a CSV file.
