Receiving gift cards
After ordering your gift card, you will see a confirmation page with your order number and the email address that the order was sent to. All gift card orders through your company's program are fulfilled by our gift card partner, Tango. You should receive your order email containing the gift card you chose within one business day.
If you do not see the order email in your inbox, be sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you do not receive your order email, or if you have any questions, feel free to contact Tango using the information below. Be sure to have your order number ready. A Tango representative will be happy to resend your gift card or resolve your issue.

Tango will respond to all messages within one business day. Please note, for security reasons, Tango is unable to resend electronic gift cards to an email address different from the original listed in the order.
Using gift cards
Use your electronic gift card with the selected merchant on the merchant's website just like you would use any other gift card.
Also, most electronic retail gift cards available through the platform can be used in-store by simply printing out the e-gift card and presenting it to the cashier.
