(Not all programs on the Brand Integrity Platform use points and gift certificates. Whether your program uses the point redemption feature is based on your company’s specifications.)
Navigate to the Catalog page by clicking on the Points quick link on the home page or by selecting Catalog from the Profile drop-down menu.
You can also navigate to the Catalog page from Your Profile page by clicking on the number under your profile picture for points Not yet redeemed.
The Catalog page will have a list of available retail merchants based on your company's specifications. The header of the Catalog page also displays the number of points you have available for redemption, as well as the point-to-dollar ratio, which is based on your company's specifications.
Click on the desired dollar value for the merchant to open up a pop up window to confirm the details of your order.
Confirm your email address in the email field (this can be your personal email if you prefer). If you do not have an email address, you can click the Don't have email? button, which will then populate the email field with your manager's email. You can then have your manager print out the electronic gift card for you when it arrives.
Once you order a gift card, the number of points available for redemption will decrease by the number of points used. Points do not expire; however, how points are handled if an employee leaves the company or is terminated is determined by the company specifications (contact your Program Administrator for more information).
