The profile page offers a great opportunity for users to get to know each other and create a sense of community across your organization. This page also shows a quick view of a user's program statistics and recent activity, which managers will find to be a valuable resource during performance evaluations or when considering internal candidates for open positions.

Navigate to your Profile page
Access your profile by clicking your user icon on the menu bar and selecting Profile from the drop-down menu.
The Profile page offers a personal experience that captures a user's individual recognition activity and highlights the individual's most recently published and authored posts. Below are details on the different sections and features.
Upload a profile picture or choose an icon
Note: Ability to edit profile icons or upload custom pictures depends on your company's program specifications.
Click on the default image icon to open the Edit Profile Image pop-up window.
Click Browse to choose an image from your computer. The image must be at least 128 pixels in width by 128 pixels in height. Square pictures work best, but if your picture is not square, you will have the ability to crop it. Accepted file types include .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif and the image must be smaller than 1 MB.
Alternatively, click the Select from icons button to select from a set of predetermined icons.
Click Save when finished.
Review program statistics
The profile page lists a summary of user stats: how many posts written, how many times the user was recognized by others, how many comments written, most recent achievements earned, as well as the number of posts liked and shared. Clicking on any of these numbers will bring you to the user's Recent Activity page, filtered by the specific item.
Finally, the profile shows a list of the user's most recent posts authored and posts received. This feature makes it quick and easy for managers and other users to see recent activity for a specific user.
Edit profile information
Click the Profile Settings button and select Edit Information from the drop-down menu.
The information that can be edited in this window depends on your company program's specifications. For example, you may be able to edit your first or last name or the Display Name associated with your user profile. Many fields, including the groups used to categorize users (e.g., Department, Location, Job Position), can only be changed by your Program Administrator. Some programs may not allow users to change any information. In the case of a spelling error or incorrect information, contact your Program Administrator.
Edit About Me section
The About Me section is a place for you to share a little bit about yourself with others on your team. Click the Profile Settings button and select Edit About Me from the drop-down menu.
Add a description to let your peers know more about who you are. Here are some examples to help you get started: hobbies, pets, education/school, favorite foods, favorite sports teams, etc.

Manage email and text communications
Edit or add the email and phone number associated with your profile for receiving notifications from the platform.
Click the Profile Settings button and select Manage Communications from the drop-down menu.
Email notifications are all checked as a default settings to ensure you are notified about activity in the system. (Mouse over a communication name to see a hover description.)
Subscriptions are notifications and summary alerts that you can schedule to receive via email based on your preferences.
Manage your subscription settings from the Profile page by clicking the Profile Settings button and selecting Manage Subscriptions from the drop-down menu. For more detail, read the article on Managing Subscriptions.
To change your password, click the Profile Settings button and select Change Password from the drop-down menu. This will redirect you to a log-in screen where you can create a new password.
Submit the new password. You will have to use your new password the next time you log in. Click here for more information on creating a strong password.
