Your program home page is the main access point to many different features. Your company’s home page may differ based on your company's specifications; however, this article goes over the main components you may see.
The menu bar stays at the top of the screen no matter what page you are on in the platform.
This will be the name of your Living the Brand System (e.g., Blue Inc. Values, The Blue Inc. Way). Click on the name of your program to navigate to the About Us page, which houses a list of your company brand/values, behaviors, and impact areas.
The Notification icon lets you know activity has occurred that is related to your user. For example, a new Achievement you earned, a new recognition post you received, or a new comment on a post you received or authored. If you are a reviewer, you might see a recognition post awaiting your review.
The Help icon opens a drop-down menu where you can navigate to the Help Center/Learning Academy, Community, or Contact Support page.
The User icon opens a drop-down menu where you can navigate to your Profile, Achievements, Activity, Points, or Direct Reports (if applicable). You can also Log Off to end your session. The number next to the User icon indicates the total number of Lifetime points you have in the platform.
The Achievement icon takes you to the Achievements page.
The navigation links will stay at the top of the screen no matter what page you are on in the platform.
Home: Will bring you back to the home page from any other page in your program
About Us: Navigates to the page housing your company brand/values, behaviors, and impact areas
Activity: Navigates to your program's Activity Feed where you can see recent posts, make comments or like posts, and filter posts based on criteria such as Department or Location
People: Navigates to view users in your company's program, as well as participation statistics (for example, the number of comments for a specific user)
Dashboards: Opens a drop-down menu where you can navigate to the different report views for program statistics
Tickets: Navigates to the dashboard for follow-up associated with your Customer Engagement Program (if applicable)
Post: Depending on your program specifications, clicking this button directs you to the Peer Recognition form or opens a pop-up window where you can choose the post form type (e.g., shout out, peer recognition, personal best practice, etc.)
The quick links for your company may look different than the example above depending on your company program specifications. These links are only visible on the homepage and function as navigation buttons to the main features of your program. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Recognitions in Progress: Managers will see a count of recognitions awaiting review. Clicking it takes you to the Activity in Progress page.
- Survey to Take: You will see a link to access the employee survey (if applicable). This quick link will disappear once you complete the survey.
- Survey Participation: Shows the percent participation of an active survey wave (based on permissions). Clicking it navigates to the Survey Participation page.
- Catalog: See a count of redeemable points that links to the Catalog page (if applicable).
- Achievements: A count of the number of achievements you've earned. Clicking it goes to the Achievements page.
